We currently provide the following adult care services:
Home Care (Hourly Visits)
Flexible support with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, medication support (as agreed), and companionship.
Live-In Care
24-hour care at home, offering reassurance, continuity, and consistent support.
Supported Living
Structured support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in real homes and community settings.
Overnight Care
Sleeping nights or waking nights to ensure safety, reassurance, and wellbeing.
Sitting Services
Daytime or evening companionship, supervision, and wellbeing support.
Complex Needs Support
Care delivered with clear risk management, professional oversight, and a person-centred approach.

All PSL staff are carefully recruited through safer recruitment practices, trained to meet role-specific requirements, and supported through regular supervision. Staff are clearly identifiable in professional PSL uniforms.
We focus on consistency and positive matching to ensure individuals are supported by staff who understand their needs and communicate with respect.

Our services offer a comprehensive, flexible, and person-centred support solution, tailored to meet the individual needs, abilities, and preferences of each service user.

Assistance with personal hygiene, including bathing and showering
Support with toileting and continence care
Assistance with getting in and out of bed
Help with dressing and undressing
Support with basic domestic tasks
Assistance with meal preparation and cooking
Support to access leisure, social, and community activities
Maintaining and strengthening links with family and friends
Support to establish new relationships and social connections
Encouragement to maintain healthy lifestyles and well-being
All support is delivered in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and agreed outcomes, and is regularly reviewed to ensure it remains appropriate and effective.

Plaza Services Limited is based in Warwickshire, operating primarily within the CV21 postcode area, as well as across Warwickshire, Swindon, Staffordshire, and surrounding areas.
Care and support activities are delivered in service users’ own homes and community-based settings, in line with individual care plans and assessed needs. Business operations are managed from our registered office base, ensuring effective governance, staff supervision, safeguarding oversight, and continuous quality monitoring across all locations we serve.
