Small Supports by Plaza Services Limited can be accessed in several flexible ways, depending on how your care or support is funded.
We work with local authorities, NHS partners, and families to make sure the process is straightforward, transparent, and person-led from the very beginning.

💷 Funding Routes

You can receive Small Supports through:

• Direct Payments – if you manage your own social care budget.

• Personal Health Budgets (PHB) – if the NHS funds your support.

• Individual Service Funds (ISF) – where we manage your budget transparently on your behalf.

• Local Authority or ICB Referrals – if you are referred by your social worker, commissioner, or NHS team.

Home is Where Our Care Begins

· Fixed hourly rate with no long-term commitment, offering flexibility.

· Helping the elderly includes companionship, shopping, and appointment transportation. Also meal preparation, ironing, shopping, general cleaning, vacuuming, and laundry.

· Children engaged after school and supervise homework sessions.

· Transport children to school and pick them up from school.

· Provides on-demand and scheduled assistance, including childcare, cleaning, and senior care.

· Providing childcare assistance, allowing more personal time for busy parents.

· Escorting to and from shopping or general outings.

· Support and prompt clients to take medicines themselves.
